Chute Gerdeman promotes two, hires designer

Chute Gerdeman has promoted two associates and hired a new designer in its Columbus, OH, studio.

Elaine Evans has been promoted to creative director. After earning her BFA in Visual Communications from Columbus College of Art & Design, Evans began her career at Retail Planning Associates before joining Chute Gerdeman in 2006.

Chute Gerdeman’s resident materials and trend specialist Katie Clements has been promoted to senior designer. A graduate of Miami University of Ohio, Katie has worked with Bob Evans, C&A Brazil, Champs, Checkers, Danier, Dunkin’ Donuts, the Exchange (AAFES), Hamleys, Hanesbrands, Petco, RadioShack, Ross-Simons, Shopko, and West Marine.

Kate Steinmeyer has joined Chute Gerdeman as environments designer. She is a graduate of Cleveland Institute of Art and joins Chute Gerdeman from Interbrand Design Forum.
